Refund policy

We want you to love it.

If you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Pouches must be unopened and unused, with their original seals intact. Opened pouches are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, even if the individual tablets are still wrapped.

Starting a return

Email dre.aromatherm@gmail.com with your order number and the pouches you would like to return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.

Return costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is calculated on the amount you actually paid for the eligible merchandise returned, after discounts and excluding tax and shipping.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we’ll check the pouches and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, less the restocking fee. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email dre.aromatherm@gmail.com so we can help. We do not charge return shipping or restocking fees for damaged or incorrect items. These issues are assessed separately from change-of-mind returns.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
