Good to know.
How do I choose a scent?
Choose Breathe for a fresh, crisp ritual with eucalyptus and mint; Relax for winding down with lavender and chamomile; Ground for a quiet, woodsy pause with cedarwood and pine; Rise for a bright start with lemongrass, ginger and lime; or Restore for a warm evening with orange and cardamom. Still deciding? The Variety Pack has three tablets of each scent—15 in one pouch.
What’s in a pouch or a Variety Pack?
Every pouch holds 15 individually wrapped aroma tablets. A single-scent pouch contains 15 of that scent. A Variety pouch contains three each of Breathe, Relax, Ground, Rise and Restore—15 tablets total. Choose one, two or three pouches: 15, 30 or 45 tablets.
Can I mix scents or repeat a favourite?
Yes. Mix & Match lets you choose a scent for each of two or three pouches. Combine different scents or choose the same one more than once. Each pouch contains 15 tablets.
What is your ingredient standard?
We’re committed to natural and organic ingredients across every AromaTherm scent.
How are the tablets used?
Unwrap. Drop. Relax. Open an individually wrapped tablet, place it on the hot sauna stones and settle into your sauna moment. Designed with minimal residue in mind.
What is the U.S. shipping offer?
Standard U.S. shipping is $8 for one pouch and free for two or more pouches, including subscriptions. Taxes are extra.
How do subscription options work?
Choose a one-time purchase or a subscription option shown on the product page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled; review the displayed price and frequency. Products aren’t available to order yet, so no subscription is started and no payment is taken.
Where can I find the return policy?
Our return policy explains eligibility, return shipping and applicable fees. Read the full policy for the terms and your consumer rights.
